Hole machining is one of the most important processes in metal cutting. It is very important for the production and processing of drill bit. Bit spiral groove generally use special equipment - grinding machine for processing. This paper introduces a kind of Hemp flowers straight shank drill spiral groove based on CNC machining grinding groove machine control system. Firstly, according to the overall plan of the system, the control system of the three axis linkage is built by using CNC+ servo system. The control system of the machine is built, and the horizontal feed, rotary grinding and grinding wheel are realized. Papers selected Delta H4C-M CNC system and supporting the servo motors and drives, complete machine electrical circuit mainly includes power supply circuit, CNC system and servo drives the electrical connection, system input and output signal distribution, the module components selection, test, debug. Papers in the delta NC system embedded PLC platform written in machine tool processing function module and motion control program and assisted M code, automatic processing and human-computer interaction interface and numerical control machining program code was developed on the basis of the processing technology, through the control panel input the corresponding processing parameters can be completed workpiece. At last, the parameters of the numerical control system and servo system are set up and optimized, and connected with the hydraulic equipment and mechanical auxiliary device. After the CNC control, the equipment has been used in the production workshop. After six months of debugging and running, the working condition is good and it can greatly improve the production efficiency and the passing rate of the workpiece.
